A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward the total cost of your service. This retainer confirms your appointment and reserves my time. Many services require a significant time commitment and are difficult to fill on short notice. The retainer helps ensure that this time is respected for both of us. • Retainers may be transferred one time only with at least 72 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment. • Reschedule requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice, or more than one reschedule, will result in forfeiture of the retainer. A new retainer will be required to book again. • Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to your appointment will be charged in full. This includes cancellations due to illness, weather, or travel issues. • Arriving more than 15 minutes late, or missing your appointment entirely, will result in cancellation and full charges to the card on file. These policies allow me to show up prepared, on time, and fully present for every client.
